Everything looks nice. The staff are friendly, and the host too. Rooms are tastefully decorated with a king size bed, food is TASTY. The breakfast was sensational, we really enjoyed a wide range of meals. Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay, recommend it.

The flat pillows were an absolute disgrace, and how 'charming' it was to hear every car pass by. I woudl've liked to receive some sort of room upgrade for the inconvenience. Honestly, the hospitality I expected does not match the reality. Almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

The evenings spent in the cozy lounge by the fireplace were nice, and the stunning views of the Malvern Hills from the garden made our stay even more special.

Clean, comfortable rooms provide a decent night's sleep. Shared bathroom kept tidy.
Road noise can be a nuisance, especially in front-facing rooms. Only one window functioning left it a bit stuffy at night, and the flat pillows weren't exactly the best for support. The postal address made finding the place a hassle initially.

Consider asking for an upstairs room to avoid street noise and ensure better airflow in warm weather.

The garden provided a lovely spot to unwind, and the views of the Malvern Hills from there were fine. The cozy lounge with a fireplace was also great.
Unfortunately, I had to deal with a troublesome noise issue since my room faced the road, and only one window was operational. To top it off, the pillows were flat-not exactly what I'd call ideal for a good night's sleep. Finding the place was a bit of a challenge due to the postcode confusion, but the atmosphere was inviting enough to make up for it.

Had a minor issue with shower pressure, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The lovely garden was a serene retreat, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tasty breakfast options tailored to special diets (the bacon was a highlight!). The cute atmosphere.
It would have been even better if the noise from the road outside had been reduced for a restful night.

Sue was super nice and let me stash my bike safe behind the house. The room was comfy and felt really cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the town. Just wish the shower had more pressure! Breakfast had great options for special diets too, a plus.
